I already wrote a lot about healthy way of life, useful habbits and healthy food. I really believe that we are what we eat as the more useful products we eat the more well -being we are. I'm against fast food or any other fatty food not just because it is bad for body shape but also it is harmful for health in general.

So today I did a grocery shopping and made pictures of what I bought))))))))






It is my usual shopping cart but today I missed to buy some fruits as already have enough in my fridge))))

I never do any grocery shoping when feel hangry thats why I buy only necessary products. I love cheese very much but trying to find nice one with less fat and can eat it during afternoon. As for bread it is always multigrain only, I never eat any white bread. I love different kinds salad. During the summer time I have totally organic salad which my mom is growing up in her green house but unfortunately it can't work like this in cold season so I buy all greens in supermarket however always trying to find organic)))))
I prefer fish to meet so salmon is my favorite one and sometimes I can cook it at home in the oven o make it steamed. I always have at home different multigrain cornflakes and porridge because I think that the breakfast should be with a high carbohydrate content.
However as any girl I love sweets but always prefer chocolate instead of cakes! It is impossible to refuse to have nice sweet with morning coffee.
