Hello, friends! Today I've tried to cook a traditional Iranian sweet which is very popular in Ramadan.
To cook Bamia you will need:

- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 tablespoon of rose water
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 2 eggs
— ¼ Teaspoon of saffron
— oil

1. Brew the saffron in boiling water for 30 minutes.
2. Add sugar and ½ cup of water to the pan, mix well, bring to a boil until the consistency is similar to the syrup. Add rose water and 1 teaspoon of brewed saffron, cook for another three minutes.
3. In a separate pan add 1 cup of water, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons of butter, mix and cook until the oil is completely dissolved. Then add a glass of flour, cook on low heat, stirring well until the consistency is similar to the dough. Leave to cool.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the dough and eggs.
5. Put the dough in a pastry bag. Squeeze out small stripes on the heated with sunflower oil pan. Fry, then placed directly in the syrup for 5 minutes. Spread in a colander, give a little dry.
