My main challenge for today was to '' DO YOGA '' Done in the morning and feeling good !!!
Yoga has many advantages and benefits. Yoga is called as relaxation techniques for the body. It also lowers blood pressure and reduces insomnia. Moreover, increases body flexibility and protects us from conditions like arthritis and back pain. Also, many people prefer yogas over exercises and it can be performed at home without paying high fees of gyms.. Here i am sharing one pic which will help in reducing your big belly fat.. It will take some time but proper and regular routine will be beneficial in reducing and trimming the belly hehe ! Additionally, drink green tea with lemon and detox water for fast results..
