Assalam_o_Alaikum Peeps !
It was my 10 th day of the challenge in the contest ..
So far its going good and i have been doing all the relative tasks of the contest..
Today i ate salad at lunch. I love salads especially the cucumber in salads ( IT's YUUMM )..
Salads have plenty of health benefits specially the green salads. They will boost blood levels and provide anti-oxidants to the body.
Also, salads are easy to make at home in just five minutes. Just pre wash the veges which you like in raw form and cut them into small cubes or any other form probably in small pieces, and then add some lemon and pinch of spices for taste.. AND, VOILA....... ... ... Salad is ready to eat..
