DO YOU COUNT CALORIES?

Some time ago I have such experiense with low-fat diet and this diet help me to lose some weight. But I was always in calories calculation. And this is not easy I can say. At the same time, after some time I have habit to count all what I eating.. And it was terrible. Some times it was too crazy.



First I used this internet resourse to calculate: kaloriyka.ru/ . But for few weeks I knew caloric value of any product. Is it good?
And for now I reading on package what calories have a product, but more out of habit.

I think low-fat diet is a good way to lost some weight, but it need some knowledges and calculations on the basis of own growth, current weight and desired.This is not secret, that normal amount of calories consumed per day - 2500. But this volume depends on phisical work during a day and the usual amount of food for humans. It sometimes happens that a person uses a lot more, but it is in great shape

In my practice, I use 1000 calories a day, and you can easily get rid of 1 kg per week.
Maybe you have any other variants of this diet?
