We are living in a fast and stressful world nowadays and thats why there is no chance to skip sport from our daily life if we want to stay young and beautiful as long as possible.
I am doing sport almost every day. Three times per week I have sessions with personal trainer and the rest of time I am doing jogging and regular daily workout. So today I am happy to present you my daily program which helps me to improve my stamina and remove stress from my body.
My daily program takes from 40 -50 mins and consist of 3 blocks:
jogging
regular exercises for legs, arms and abs
stretching
