Before a year, I had old Nokia phone, of course without any apps and I was saying to everyone with smartphone that I do not need it, actually, I was proud of it! However, things have changed after I bought a new phone and get to know some usuful apps. No, I am not the type of person who is still looking into smart phone even when being with friends, in restaurant or bus, but now I know that here are some usuful applications which can easier my life, motivate me or by which I can learn or save some money

So, here they are...

RunKeeper

Someone can ask where´s the difference between running with or without an application? It´s difficult to explain it, but the possibility to track your activity ,see the detailed informations about it, compare it with your past activities or with other runners, motivates you to run more, better and faster! Great is that you can see your progress against current goals. With this app you can remember how many times you were running even in three months ago and compare it whis actual month.

It´s like when you do not track and save your activity, as it never exists and just the voice at the end of the run telling you “activity completed” is such motivating for starting another running!

With RunKeeper you can also truck other activities such as walking, cycling and swimming or share your completed activities on Facebook, but I dont use this

Although I am not a marathon runner so far, I can recommend this application for 100%!

Duolingo

A great application for learning languages for free! You can learn a new language or get better in language you actually know by funny way without using books or memorizing vocabulary Duolingo also provides you the daily remainder message just like you will see in the video. Actually, I am improving my German language skill and trying to learn French language

The only conditional to use Duolingo is to know English, because all of words and phrases are written in English.

The effectiveness of Duolingo is also scientifically approved - researchers have find that for a person who starts to learn a new language from the beggining it would take on average 26 to 49 hours of study with Duolingo to cover the material for the firt college semester of that language! That actually means if you are learning with Duolingo 20 minutes a day, you need from 11 to 21 weeks to learn the same as during the college semester!

Expense IQ
I always wanted and tried to write down my expenses, but i never succeded. The only successful way by now for me is app Expense IQ. It helps me to see how many I spend during a month, week or day, on what exactly I spend most and where I can save money.

Dukascopy Connect

I can not forget on this usuful application - Dukascopy Connect I think everyone hear knows it, so I do not need to describe it, for me it´s very helpful when I want to reply for a message, see some news, post to wall etc. and I am not on my computer
