GOOD MORNING ALL !!





As the day one of contest I am looking for various teachings to lose weight. I have followed some physical exercise and 10000 steps a day but I am only successful in reducing marginal weight. Now its day 18 of contest so I have decided to find some more ways to lose some more weight and these are the things I am sharing with you all.

I personally believe in ayurveda as it doesn't have side effects. Ayurveda is science developed in ancient India and it is called as sister science of Yoga. Ayurveda seeks to prevent disease promote health, balance and longevity through some simple methods.

Below are the some simple measure which can help in reducing weight.
STEP 1: I drink a glass of water after I get up. To lose weight it is recommended to add lemon in luke -warm glass of water and drink in empty stomach after woke up.

STEP 2: Physical exercise for a 30 minutes till one gets sweat. I prefer aerobics. Video of which I will share in the end.

STEP 3: Relaxation. Find 5-10 minutes of silence in the morning. In which I do a meditation. This helps in alleviating stress which is the main cause of weight gain.

STEP 4: Eat three meals a day. And avoid snacks in between. Body should get a enough time to burn food.

STEP 5: Walk a little after each meal to aid in digestion. Short walk stimulates peristalsis and aid in digestion.

STEP 6 : Have a good sleep. Go to bed by 10 pm. and get up by 6-7 am. So body gets a good 8-9 hours of sleep.

I love the aerobic because of its some dance style and it can be easily done at anytime of the day. Aerobics helps in many ways it increases cardiorespiratory fitness. So makes heart , lungs and circulatory system strong In today's world many of us suffering from a heart illness so it advisable to do some aerobics exercise at home. Aerobics is not just about joining classes and dancing in rhythm it can be activity which keeps moving our heart and body for around 20-30 minutes.

HEALTH EFFECTS OF AEROBICS
1. It helps in lowering incidence of high blood pressure and also reduces cholesterol.
2. It can increase the amount of high-density lipoprotein which is actually required by body.
3. It helps in lose weight, controlling it and in maintaining it
4. It can help in alleviating muscle pain.
5. It strengthen our immune system.
6. It increases our energy level.
7. It strengthen ligaments, muscles joints and tendon.
