My baseline information:

1. Cutting out fast food, packaged juices, sausages and other products that include sodium glutamate- I am a regular user of packaged juices and sausages and fast food. I have decided completely cut these products from my food items.

2. Cut out alcohol- I am not a heavy drinker but specialists noted that to drink 3-4 beer per week is a sure way to become an addicted drinker. So I decided to cut it off completely.

3. Drink an adequate amount of water- I do drink water irregularly, sometimes having an excessive amount of water intake and other times not adequate. So I decided to keep it moreover constant to an adequate level neither more nor less.

4. I try to make morning exercise but often forget- So I decided to track it and make it regular

5. Mediate daily- Frankly, I do not know what is a meditation really is; so I will find it out and start doing it for 21 days and will see how it makes me feel.

6. Run at least 1 time a week- I enrolled in the gym 3 months ago but rarely go; so I will make it work for this time at least for these 21 days.

7. Spend less time on the social network- I took this goal during the previous marathon and dramatically reduced spending time on the social network but gradually I slipped down. So I have to work on this again. I spend 2-3 hours per day on news at the moment.

8. Sleep 8-9 hours per day. I am straggling to sleep no later than 11 pm in order to have 8 hours sleep. Watching movies or making trades easily causes me to stay until midnight, so I decided to change this pattern and sleep at 11 pm.

9. Read a book. I am a good reader but due to time pressure, and workload I am not reading books often. So I decided to manage daily events a better and get sometime reserved for reading a book again.
