jforex - up to 10 minutes.
metatrader - 15 seconds.

2. Simultaneous running
Jforex - The second instance of a platform can be run after the first one becomes fully operational(downloaded and connected to the server). If not it is unable to download or to connect. So it takes up to 20 minutes to make two instances working at once.
Metatrader - it takes only 30 seconds to run two platforms of metatrader.

3. Data load time
Jforex - 15 seconds to 5-10 minutes.
Metatrader - almost instant.

In other aspects i can say that jforex is quite a good platform. Intuitive and easy to use.
