My metabolism is very fast that why, I can eat whatever I want without gaining a lot of weight
I usually eat bread on toast with salmon or tuna with a little bit of butter.
Sprinkled with salt and pepper.
Either milk or apple juice for my drink.
Pasta or fruits at lunch and more meat and vegetables during my dinner.
I ate also during snack time or every time I’m hungry. I usually I ate 1 big apple or oranges.
Chips, soup, peanuts, and etc.
There are times that my appetite is really good and I took advantage of those, So eventually I ate more than usual. I also drink a lot of water more than 8 glasses of water a day.
I ate a lot of protein than carbohydrates. Fruits are part of my daily also.

I didn’t go to the gym but I feel that my whole body are flexible.
I Listen to rock music in my own headset and dance as long as I want J
I’m doing that for my music hobby and freedom of satisfaction. One of a good exercise for me.
I do stretching also even I’m just sitting on my table and charge doing my work. But my feet and arms are stretches. I'm doing yoga also.
That keep my fit. Not just my body but mind.

Even though for most healthy people yoga is a safe non-aerobic form of exercise, it is not without its risks. the yoga injuries most commonly treated in emergency rooms involve overstretching and strain from repetition to the:

  • neck
  • shoulders
  • spine
  • legs
  • knees


I slept 8 hours a day in my normal daily life.
Everything here is nothing without a happy smile daily.
