Ok! i will answer the question and give my opinion and my way of thinking about it!
Ladies do you believe, behind every successful man there is a strong woman
or does success of a man depend solely on his personal qualities and character?
If i think that behind every successful man is a strong woman ? NO , (my translation of successful is succeed with the business you are doing, it could also be succeed in love and happiness nothing to do about money, but i think the question is about the business world)
So NO if it's about the business world i make no differents in Man And woman the only different is that man still easier get the higher job because they still not take woman always seriously But Back to the question :P hahah ! Every man or woman has it in her or his self to be successful!
BUT i went to a leadership seminar and a heard a woman say : without my man i was not here! because he believed in her! and people need support and people who believe in you to motivate !
So i truly believe that it will help if a man has a strong woman behind him! who help him and support him! and just be there for him.
But i am not sure if a man not has the character and qualities that he still be successful if he have a strong woman behind him! or he have to make a big change and the woman is growing success with him.
How come truly successful in life women do not need a man to progress
and why do we choose someone who is already successful, rather than investing,
supporting and sharing and helping someone grow into a successful man?
This are overal general question... Because there are woman who needs a man to progress and there are woman who don't need that.
but what i think is that woman who wants to be successful are in depended ! And they know how to care for themselves woman can do more things the same time, man can't and in general man have sometimes some problems with self care they need woman to blow off steam most of woman don't . ( i think )
A lot of woman like the idea of a man who can maintain a woman! some woman need some secure in there life and a man that is successful can give them that. But not having a successful man doesn't mean that he can not be successful probably with your help support and love everything will be alright! but having a successful man doesn't mean the woman can not be successful!
I think the best is to be both successful and both answer the question when am i successful what makes you successful and for who or just for you!
