GOOD MORNING ALL !!!



Hello friends I am delighted to share with you all 5 km running experience of my life. Yesterday in evening I ran for a more than 5 km. My target was to complete at least 5 km and I have achieved it successfully. I have been running this time almost after 15 years. As in my school day I have won 5000m race in 8th standard. After that due to health issues I have never tried running. But as in marathon I knowingly choose task of running marathon to try it this time. Initially as I started I felt like avoiding it. I said to myself I can do it and I will do it. After completing 1 km I thought like quitting then I told my mind I can do it and I have to do it anyhow. After 2 km my legs started paining and mind said stop now. I said no I will do it. Then I continued, as completed 3 km my body started accommodating and after 4 km my body completely adjusted to the speed. After 5 km I got a feeling I can rum for more km. I have shared full story as whatever new challenges we accept initially our mind remains reluctant to do it but strong will power can do anything in life. Nothing is impossible.

TASK TO: CHANGE APPEARANCE
I have done various eye exercise and palming below I am sharing a image of that. After I woke up I regularly wash my eyes with cold water, then I drink a glass of normal water. After walking around I start a yoga. I did Anulom and Vilom, and did eye rotation exercise. After that I did a bhramari pranayam and in last I did palming to give rest to my eyes.



TASK 3 : 10000 STEPS A DAY

This week on an average I have completed more than 20000 steps as last week I have missed my target as I was not keeping well.
When I have finished my decided target I get a sense of accomplishment and feel I am powerful. So regularly I set target for myself.


So friends, most of things depend on our mind. It is well said, things first created in mind and then in reality.
