I would say that going to UK and working as an assistant manager in SOS - one of London's most famous restaurant just above Fabric Night Clubs is probably one of my biggest achievements.
The director at that time was the famous chef - John Terode the Australian Chef

Most people working there won't grasp at the chance when a manager's position opens up - because of the responsibilities involved - but after being convinced by my other half it would be a great opportunity for my portfolio and future reference - jumped at the change when the position opened.

Essentially the managers position put me in a position that i could meet people such as Patrick Steward from X Men, Axl Rose from Guns & Roses Rock Band(Dissapointment), John Snow from ITV4 which interviewed me about Brazil's economy etc. There were many more famous people that i met - but my 5 minutes of fame was with John Snow as we are still friends to this day.
