The most useful thing for me is massage, but I don't have all the time someone to make it for me (unfortunately) and I'm lazy (and not so flexible (unfortunately)) to do it for me by myself.

It's so good to take a hot bath with lot of soap... and listen to relaxing music.

The good alternative to massage is chocolate! (by the way swiss chocolate Lindt is perfect! But only for special occasions).
For ordinary occasions - any russian chocolate.

Any sweets can help also. Or any delicious food. I am a gourmand

Sometimes we need something stronger like relaxing tea. Cats go crazy with that!
When the last time I was stressed, cats were happy sharing the tea with me!
And it's so fun to watch them at that moment... drunk cats. When I'm looking at my cats I feel more calm.


In the end I can concluse that the best is to take the bath, drink tea with swiss chocolate and listen to relaxing music And after the bath to have a massage. And then go to sleep
