What is sit-ups?
Sit-ups is a quick way to get stronger abdominal muscles. Sometimes also called as best fat burning exercise for flat stomach. It is like crunches.
What are the Benefits?
Help to strengthen and firm up the rectus abdominus muscles, more commonly known as the "six-pack".
CHALLENGE IN MARATHON CONTEST:
My challenge is to do 25 set of sit-ups everyday. It is equal to 75(a day) in total.
25 at morning, 25 at noon and remaining 25 at night before bed.
At morning and night it will boost your metabolism and strengthen muscles.
