As for me, tattoos are the way of expressing myself. I have four of them.
Each of them is very discreet, so it won't be a problem in my professional life or anywhere else.
Talking about how do men think about woman having tattoo, I think men should value other things. Tattoo is not even the secondary thing when choosing a partner/friend/lover etc. and is not a reason to reject or accept a person.
Every tattoo i have - is a special story, that reminds of important happenings of my life. I don't thing i will regret about this kind of body modifications. It's me. It was my choice. He who has regrets cannot look at himself in the mirror.
