Thank you to Dukascopy Marathon, I finally pushed my boundaries even further.

Dukascopy Marathon has taught me discipline. After all, our well-being depends only on ourselves - the way we eat, move and thinking about ourselves and the surrounding world impacts our health significantly. Having trained for 21 days during the marathon and having consumed lean, sugar-free and plant-based foods I have finally decided to challenge myself ultimately, running for 21 kilometers.

Running is "my thing". Running makes me happy (think endorphine!) and boosts sleep quality, mood and concentration during the day. Even more to that, running has increased my self-esteem and has helped me to get rid of excess weight.
