Sometimes its really hard to go up when you have heavy heels of 12cm but I find here any balance, it helps me to keep me fit and to train every day. I am living on the 3th floor ( the 2th floor by french) and I do these ups and downs every day, 2 or 3 times a day. Also when I go for alimentary shopping I do also the up with not so heavy bag. To wait for a elevator takes from to 5-10 min and to go directly by steps is faster, so I prefer this way. And as i participate in Marathon I should also do some more exercises so I decided to take really rare an elevator and to train all the muscles in my legs.
