When you live in a great country like Australia, winter is something that happens some time between going to the office and heading out for a beverage at the end of the day. Yes, we are blessed with wonderful weather but that means that it's near impossible getting away with "winter padding".

I've never been a fan of diets. That's not to say I don't eat healthy, but if I'm out I'm finishing that rack of pork ribs no questions asked!

Instead my fitness motto is stay active. I try to make it to a class at the gym at least three times a week and do not shirk away from any chance to walk rather than ride- be it an elevator or car!

I love team sports and make an effort to try a new style of exercise every chance I get. At the moment I'm very excited to try Anti-Gravity Yoga! Oh and I've booked a Polo lesson in July!

The way I see it, fitness should be part of your everyday life, otherwise you'll never stick to the routine.
