New “Grand Prix Tournament” will be introduced in Dukascopy Poker December 2013 update. Grand Prix tournament is the Monthly Grand finale for the Dukascopy Poker community with a Cash Prize fund of whooping 3,500 USD.
The Grand Prix tournament is aimed at the Elite players of Dukascopy Poker community. Securing your participation place in the tournament will not be an easy task - Grand Prix tournament participation will require the player to use 100 PKRs at the time of registration.
The Grand Prix tournament will be announced and opened for registration on the first day of every month at 12:00 GMT. The tournament will be held on last Sunday of every month. We would like to hear your suggestions about the tournament start time.
Cash prize fund for the Grand Prix tournament will be 3,500 USD with following pay out schedule:
- 1st place will be awarded with 1,000 USD.
- 2nd place will receive 750 USD.
- 3rd place will receive 500 USD.
- 4th place will receive 350 USD.
- 5th place will receive 250 USD.
- 6th place will receive 200 USD.
- 7th place will receive 150 USD.
- 8th to 10th places will receive 100 USD each.
Together with the Cash prizes, participants will be awarded with PKRs according to the following PKR pay out schedule for Grand Prix Tournament:
- 1st to 10th place will be awarded with 50 PKRs each.
- 11th to 18th place will be awarded with 20 PKRs each.
- 19th and 20th will receive 19.50 PKRs
