Dear Friends in continuation to the topic about healthy breakfast I would like to show you the options for ideal beginning of your day. So there are four options:
  1. Porridge made with milk with addition of non sweet fruits and nuts. Cereal is a sours of long carbohydrates which are improve the process of digestion. Besides, sugar from such carbohydrates comes out step by step and therefore can maintain the level of energy in your body for several hours.
  2. Proteins with vegetables. Proteins of eggs, white meat or fish are totally digested and gives the feeling of satiety for a long time and boost metabolism.
  3. Whole grain toast bread with cottage cheese and greens. Cottage cheese is the source of protein and whole grains are useful because of keeping in lots of vitamins and micro elements.
  4. Brown rice/cous cous/kinoa with vegetables. This type of breakfast is good for those who are doing sport in the morning. Light and full of good carbohydrates which will provide body with lots of energy.
Last option is mine daily breakfast.)) As soon as I got used to it I don't see any other option for myself. Also can be the second as well but it is more appropriate when I'm on holidays.:up
