If I cant afford to go to a yoga class, I'm doing the exercises at home and twist at the waist hoop

I try to eat less fast food and eat more natural foods, such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, natural meat and dairy products. You also need to drink plenty of pure water, and then you will always have a great figure and a good mood!
