SPORT
Today's run was not as stressful as yesterday; my body and muscles are gradually adjusting to the change. I still make sure I do some stretches before I hit the road, I have also started do some after the run. I was able to do 8KM today, and all within an hour and half. This was my fourth run, because I started on the 12th of April, and so far so good.

I have been sticking to a particular route, and doing the running early before the sun comes out and it gets too hot. The trick to running long distances is to pace yourself; I try not to run to fast so that I don't tire quickly. I am also considering the option of having a bottle of water with me, this can help if I get thirsty on the road.
I am still trying to decide which is more intense, the running or the cross fit routine. I honestly thought it would have gotten easier by now, it has not.
Everyday is as demanding as the last. The muscle aches have reduced, but a lot of times it is just sheer will that keeps me running. For my cross fit routine, I try to do it as soon as I get back from the run. A couple of crunches, some hand stands and some press-ups. I will be checking weight changes on a weekly basis to announce any major changes.
FOOD
The running and work-out routine leaves me with a very terrible appetite, so I decided to step things up a bit.
For today's meals, I went with some slices of toast bread and tea for breakfast. Some well-pounded yam and vegetable soup for lunch, and for dinner, my special Pineapple and Pawpaw combo. Dinner is already happening right now.
I am making a small saving from my fast food abstinence, while all alcohol consumption is still off the menu. My water consumption increased slightly today, instead of six bottles, I consumed seven. It was a hot day today, so that was unavoidable.

LIFESTYLE
Yeah, I am still sporting my very corporate look with the punk-ish hair style. I am getting mixed reactions, but most of them are favorable.

I have also started getting more calls, my friends have started calling me back. Since, I am no longer readily available on my social media handles, more texts messages and calls.
