Today I had some inspiring discussion at Boston university about psychological, mental and neural changes that happen in our brain when we make true changes. It is natural to feel resistance within ourselves during the initial stages of our efforts because our brains are not wired for the new habit. I think I can share about neuroplasticity and how the changes occur, in my next posting. I will give some hints of tips about making changes, example:

1. Observe and understand your behavior
2. Know what kind of attitude and actions makes you confident and what makes you down
3. Understand your own biases
4. Make the list of errors that blocking you to make progress
5. Make a plan how you going to deal with those errors and how not to be repeating it.

I know it is not an easy thing, but possible. I will share more detailed explanations in my next posting.

Thanks for reading and commenting.
